Executive Director / Administrator
Ms. Scheeler began her adult working career with the Teamsters Health & Welfare and Pension Trust Funds in 1984. Working in the Pension Funds’ Processing Department, her talents were quickly realized, and she rose to fill the position of the Assistant Pension Manager, and later Pension Manager.  In 2005, she assumed the role of Member Services Manager coordinating member service efforts for both the Pension and Health and Welfare Funds. In 2016, Maria was promoted to Director of Operations and subsequently, within eight months of that promotion, she became the Funds’ Executive Director / Administrator.
Audit and Collections Manager
Ms. Raddi has been involved in and responsible for accounts receivable collection and audit throughout her 35-year career with the Teamsters Health and Welfare and Pension Trust Funds. She oversees a department of twelve employees that manages the audit and collections of all Employer accounts. Beth has served as the Audit Manager for the Funds since 2010.
Accounting/Office Manager
Ms. Burrell earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from Temple University.  She began her career with the Teamsters Health and Welfare and Pension Trust Funds in 1989 as a staff accountant. Carolyn later became the Assistant Accounting Manager and subsequently, given full responsibility for human resource management and all accounting operations in June 2012.
Information Technology Manager

Mr. Wall is a graduate of Penn State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.  Throughout his IT career, spanning the last 30 years, Mr. Wall has been involved in all facets of computer information management and technology, including mainframe design, operations and maintenance, PC network implementation, software evaluation, programming, and installation/implementation. Rod currently serves as the Teamsters Health & Welfare and Pension Funds’ IT and Data Processing Manager.

Health and Welfare Member Services Manager
Ms. Wurtenberg began her career with the Teamsters Health and Welfare Fund in 1982 as a check run clerk. Within a short period of time, she quickly moved into a Claims Examiner role, eventually landing the Lead Claims Examiner position. In 2005, BeBe was promoted to Assistant Manager, Member Services for the Health and Welfare Fund and in 2016 assumed the Manager position overseeing all member service efforts, internally and externally, including the call center.
Pension Member Services Manager
Ms. Cubbage began her employment with the  Teamster Funds in 2017 bringing over 17 years of experience working with Defined Benefit Plans and Defined Contribution Plans. Dona is responsible for calculating pension benefits under a Defined Benefit Plan. As the Fund’s Pension Member Services Manager, Dona manages a department of five employees and monitors the plan’s compliance with Federal State and local laws and regulations including IRS, ERISA, HIPAA.
