The Fund Now Covers the Shingles Vaccination for Older Members

The Health & Welfare Fund now covers the Shingles vaccine for members age 60 and over. The vaccine must be acquired through OptumRx, the Fund’s Pharmacy Benefits Manager. The vaccine is subject to a $25 copayment.  Additional copayments and coinsurance may be applicable to the administration of the vaccine by a doctor.  If you need additional information, please contact the Fund’s members services department for additional information.
